Complaints and Warranty Service
Before accepting the parcel, please check it carrefully for any signs of damage. If the packaging wears visible damage we advise to refuse the package and call us on 570322324.
If any of the ordered products have any manufacturing defects or is different from the description please follow the complaint/warranty procedure below:
- Send us the relevant product together with the proof of purchase, written statement where you should describe the reason you are sending it back, return address and form of compensation.
- We will inform you about our decision via email or phone within 14 days from the moment we receive the product back.
- If the return is successfully accepted by us, within 7 days we will compensate all the expanses by repairing malfunctioning products, sending a brand new product and a refund
- If the return is unsuccessful we will provide a reason of our decision within 14 days and send you the product back covering the delivery expanses.
Important: Please keep a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) along with original packaging for the whole warranty time. Please note we will not be able to process any complaints or warranty service without it.

Returns
Lawfully you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to retun unwanted products without giving a reason. Please note this regards only consumer sales i.e. sales to a natural person for purposes unrelated to their economic or professional activity.
The returned product cannot wear any signs of usage and originally packed (as when received). If this conditions are not fulfilled, the product will not be accepted as a return.
If you would like to return a product please follow the instructions below:
- Send the relevant product making sure it is not damaged and is in its orginal packaging.
- Please attach a written statement saying you would like to return the product along with bank account details for refund to your package.
- We will check the condition of a returned product (against any signs of usage or damage) within 7 days from receiving the return.
- We will notify about the success of the return via email. If it is successful you will receive a refund within 7 days. If not we will send the product back to you.
