Who can shop at www.batlit.pl? 

Our store offers products and can be bought by individual clients as well as companies. We are happy to offer an individual pricelists and discounts on selected products to our regular wholesale customers as well as institutions. These customers may also be eligible for delayed payment. Is there any discount for large orders? 

Yes, there is a discount available for large orders for both individual clients as well as companies. The discount is offered on individual basis and can be discussed with us before ordering on office@batlit.pl  or 570322324.

Is registration necessary?

No, our shop offers registration-free service for one-time customers. In this case customer's details will not be stored in our data bases and will be asked again for all the necessary information at the time of next purchase. Registration also gives the access to extras such us the order status or pro-forma invoice.

How to create an order? 

Though registration is not necessary in ordering process it is still adviced to create a profile. To order a product you have to add it to the basket through clicking the relevant button next to the product. Just after adding the product to the basket the information about your selection will appear on the basket icon in the top right corner. Next to the 'add to the basket' button there is a field where you can fill in the number of the products you want to order. To review, modify and complete your order you need to go to the 'basket' section.

How to complete an order? 

 

Firstly, you need to go to the 'basket' section and review your order (check if it's corect etc.).

Secondly you can continue to complete an order. That's when you will have to either login, register or proceed as a guest. Please make sure to fill in all the fields marked with *.

Thirdly you need to choose the form of delivery and payment. If needed you can fill in the relevant box any directions for us or a courier and click 'next'. Your final order should appear for your review. That's the last moment you can make any changes online through going back to the basket section. 

If your order is correct you can complete your order. You should receive an email from us asking you to confirm your order. Only then we will be able to proceed with your order. If for some reason you don't receive the confirmation in you main mailbox please check your junk mail. After completing an order any changes will be possible through direct contact with us on office@batlit.pl  or 570322324.

What is a total order cost?

The total order cost is a sum of the prices of the ordered products and deliver cost. The quote will appear after adding the products in the basket and choosing the delivery and payment methods.

How to pay for the order?

Depending on the total cost, chosen form of delivery and personal preferences you can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • bank transfer
  • online payment
  • cash on delivery

How to get a VAT receipt?

In order to receive a VAT receipt you need to choose a 'company' option while creating your order and fill in all necessary details. Please let us know that you would like to get a VAT receipt by leaving a note in the comments box. If the delivery address is different from the address used for creating your VAT receipt you need choose 'deliver to other address' on your order form and fill in the relevant fields.

The invoice date is the date of dispatch of your order.

How to change or cancel an order?

The order can be modified or changed (not available for custom made products) unly until it is ready to dispatch. It is not possible to modify it after it is dispatched. To change or modify your order please contact us on 570322324.

What is a processing and delivery time?

Delivery date = processing time + delivery time

Processing time depends on availability and amount of order products while delivery time depends on your choice of delivery service.

Can the order be collected directly from us? 

Yes, the order can be collected free of charge directly from our office:

Do we deliver abroad?

Yes, our store offers service clients from abroad. The delivery cost would be estimated on the individual basis. Please contact us on office@batlit.pl or 570322324 to get more details.

Are all the products guaranteed?

Yes, all our products are guaranteed however the warranty period varies between products. The information abount warranty period can be found in the product description. It is important to keep the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) for the entire warranty period as without it would not be able to process your complaint.

I have a problem with an ordered product. What now?

It is very important to check if your package has not been damaged during delivery. If there are any signs of damage on the outer packaging we advise you to refuse the delivery and contact us on office@batlit.pl  or 570322324.

Is it possible to return a product?

Yes, lawfully you can return a product ordered in our store within 10 days from the delivery date without giving a reason. The product however cannot wear the signs of usage, be broken or damaged. It has to be returned in its original packaging with all the original content. Full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be given when we receive the product back.
